He worked in the Mergers and acquisitions division, focusing on company restructures, sales, and acquisitions. After four years at KPMG, he became the Managing Director of Hanover Consumer Finance, where he played an important role in growing the company until its successful sale. In 2016, Ben co-founded RGT Capital, a multi-family investment firm that flourished under his leadership. His strategic vision drove the firm towards high-potential investments, specifically in the sectors of finance and technology services.
