Ben Ingham’s path to becoming a successful investment strategist is shaped by his upbringing and academic background. Born into the renowned Ingham family of Sydney, which has a legacy in poultry farming and horse racing, Ben was exposed to the world of business from an early age. He pursued his education in accounting and finance, laying a strong foundation for his future in corporate finance.

His professional venture started at KPMG, where he spent several years in the mergers and acquisitions division, handling intricate company restructures, sales, and acquisitions. After his tenure at KPMG, Ben became the Managing Director at Hanover Consumer Finance. He guided the firm to notable success before its eventual sale.

In 2016, Ben co-founded RGT Capital, a multi-family investment firm. His strategic vision helped the firm’s investment across different verticals of technology and financial services, including the notable investments in Axi Financial Services and One Financial Markets.  Beyond work, Ben values a well-balanced lifestyle with a passion for motorsports and outdoor adventures. He also treasures spending quality time with his family while managing his professional responsibilities.
